Though the restaurant belongs to the Aqua Blu hotel, it’s a must for all foodies! The food is amazing and ‘greek with a ‘modern Michelin star’ twist . Stamatis the sommelier is a fantastic guy, joined by a very friendly waitress.
We had some baby squids with greens and tuna ‘under the ground’… and a delicious lemon tart for dessert, topped up with a fantastic sunset . Heaven on earth !!!
As a hotel guest you get a little taste of this every morning.. what a treat.
